مطالعات هم گروهی (Cohort STUDIES) اطلاعات گران بهایی را درباره مواجهه با عوامل گوناگون با پیامدهای مرتبط با آنها روشن می نمایند. معمولاً در ابتدای مطالعات هم گروهی، شرکت کنندگان اطلاعات وسیعی با پر کردن پرسش نامه های مختلف در اختیار محققین قرار می دهند. آنها همچنین نمونه های بیولوژیکی نظیر نمونه های خون، ادرار، ناخن و موی خود را ارائه می نمایند. به جهت تعداد زیاد نمونه های بیولوژیکی و هزینه های گزاف برای تجزیه و تحلیل آنها، این نمونه ها در ابتدا مورد آزمایش قرار نگرفته، بلکه برای انجام مطالعات بعدی در مکانی امن نگهداری می شوند. با در اختیار داشتن این نمونه ها، محققین قادر به دو نوع طراحی جدید خواهند بود...

Abstract: 

In this study, we investigated the surface morphology of Au coatings using atomic force microscopy (AFM). we aimed to understand the growth mechanisms and control the nano- and micro-structure of the films to achieve desired MORPHOLOGICAL properties. The study focused on films formed by the electrodeposition technique and examined the morphology evolution as a function of film thickness. To verify the crystalline structure of the films, X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique was employed. Statistical tests were conducted to confirm that the gold thin film surfaces under investigation exhibited multifractal properties. It is found that as the film thickness increased, the multifractality of the films became more pronounced, and the nonuniformity of the height probabilities also increased. Furthermore, it was observed that surfaces with greater roughness displayed larger nonlinearity and wider width of the multifractal spectrum. The results indicated that the multifractal spectrum had a right-hook shape, distinguishing between different film thicknesses even in small sizes of hundreds of nanometers. Overall, this study provides important insights into the surface morphology of Au coatings and highlights the significance of controlling growth mechanisms for fabricating flat Au films with desired MORPHOLOGICAL properties. These findings have implications for various applications in biological, electronic, and optical devices.

Abstract: 

Archaeobotany is one of the interdisciplinary sciences in archaeology. Archaeobotany STUDIES plant remains in archaeological contexts. Based on plant findings, it discusses topics such as people's livelihood, agriculture, vegetation, climate changes, dating, etc. So, this course can reply to many questions archaeologists face about an ancient site and people. In recent years, archaeologists have paid a lot of attention to this field and tried to use experts in excavations. One of the excavations that has paid a lot of attention to archaeobotany, is Feyzabad site. This site has Islamic periods. During the excavation in 2022 in this site, some ovens were found, as well as some samples from them. In this research, we intend to answer questions such as the functioning of the sampled ovens and the identification of plant remains in the ovens. Finally, by combining the information found, we will shed light on the lives of the people of this period. By doing this research, our information about the life of the people belonging to this area, their livelihood and the common types of plant remains used in this area will increase. Also, micro information about climatic conditions will be obtained. After carrying out the necessary investigations and research, it was found that the ovens found in the trench D8 are related to cooking to the inner part of the royal citadel. Besides the more specialized work that is being done, animal husbandry and agriculture are popular. Some climate changes such as warmer weather and less humidity were also identified

Abstract: 

This study was conducted to find out the best outside points of skull to reach different areas of brain that are essential for neuroendocrinological STUDIES. In this research 30 heads of Iranian native male goats aged between 2-3-year-old were collected from Shahrekord abattoir. After collecting whole heads, they were fixed in 10% formalin and then many holes were made on the dorsal surface of skull followed by median and transverse sectioning of the heads. MORPHOLOGICAL characteristics of brain and distances from the bones of skull to different structures of brain were measured using caliper device and needle and the best points were determined. By this method the best points to reach the hypophysis and lateral ventricle with 90° angle are in distances of 45.2 ± 2.23 mm and 20.92 ± 1.02 mm at bregma point.

Abstract: 

Genus Lonicera has members that have opposite, narrowly elliptic to obovate leaves and yellow-white, red, or purple-red corollas together with capitate stigmas and undulated calyxes. According to Wendelbo (1965) in Flora Iranica, the 19 members of Lonicera are classified into two subgenera, i. e., Lonicera and Chamaecerasus, and three sections, i. e., Isika, Isoxylosteum, and Coeloxylosteum. The four studied species belong to subgenus Chamaecerasus and sections Isika and Coeloxylosteum. The taxonomy and phylogeny of this genus is highly complicated and controversial. The present study was done by the use of phenetic analyses of morphology together with Bayesian analyses of molecular data (ITS sequences) to illustrate the species relationships, taxonomic classification, and monophyly versus paraphyly of the species in genus Lonicera. We used seven Lonicera species for molecular STUDIES, for which nrDNA-ITS sequences were newly obtained. Successive reweighting with rescaled consistency index was used to conduct the molecular examination, which showed close similarities among the results of maximum likelihood, maximum parsimony, and Bayesian methods based on the ITS dataset were observed. This study showed that in general, it is possible to differentiate the species via MORPHOLOGICAL features. Phylogenetic relationships within Lonicera were revealed, and ITS-based phylogenetic trees and MORPHOLOGICAL characters were in agreement.

Abstract: 

In this research, the possibility of using lignocellulosic fibers with polypropylene was studied. Three weight percentages of bagasse flour namely 40, 55 and 70 percent were chosen. MAPP was used as coupling agent at two weight percentages namely 4 and 6 percent. Bending strength was measured applying Instron 6025. Fracture surface was stadied using SEM to evaluate the interface between plastic and fiber. The results showed that with increasing bagasse, stress and work at yield point of bending was decreased and modulus of bending was increased. Also, increasing coupling agent resulted in improving stress, modulus and work at yield point of bending. SEM results showed that with increasing coupling agent, interface between plastic and bagasse fibers was improved.

Abstract: 

With more than 23 species of Medicago, Iran is one of the origins and centers of diversity of this genus. Due to close similarity in sexual organs and pod-characteristics, taxonomical classification of these species based on MORPHOLOGICAL characteristics is difficult. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) was used to study the major characteristics of pollen grain among Iranian Medicago species. Pollen grains were mostly tricolpate, but quadricolpate or hexacolpate pollen grains were also observed in one species. The equatorial view was elliptic to rectangular or spherical shapes and the polar view was obtuse-triangular, truncate-triangular or square tips. Majority of species showed reticulate (perforate, faveolate, regulate and, scrobiculate) and verrucate exine surface. M. rigiduloides with quadric or hexic colpate pollen grain was barely distinguishable from M. rigidula with tricolpate pollen exine surface. On the other hand, M. tornata with its spherical pollen and verrucate exin surface was obviously different from M. polymorpha with rectangular pollen grain and reticulate exine surface. This is the first report of M. rigiduloides and M. tornata from Iran.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The present research aimed at finding an answer to the question of the process of influence of cyberspace on Iranian Poetry in the future, and the influence of cyberspace on various aspects of poetry such as content, its audience, the poet, the media that published the poem, the process of composing the poem, the rights of the author, and Globalization of the Iranian poetry. Method: The Delphi technique was used to carry out this research. A group of experts comprising professors in the fields of Communication and Literature was selected. The expert’s opinions were collected and analyzed through an in-depth interview, a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and by the execution of three stages of Delphi rounds. Findings: Accordingly, considering the content, the experts predicted that due to the impact of cyberspace, the quality of the poetry will be reduced and consequently, the language of poetry will become simpler and close to prose and it will only reflect the daily events of life. Regarding the audience, they concluded that the audience’s selection power will be increased, however, we can differentiate between the public and professional audience. With respect to the sender, there will be no phenomenon of multi authors, and regarding the channel, the experts agreed upon Media Convergence besides, the poets’ agency in publishing their own poems will be increased. Conclusion: Experts believe that the spread of communication technologies will make censorship ineffective. This is the only case in which the group believes in the impact of technology on the future of poetry. The group of experts did not reach a consensus regarding the impact of technology on the phenomena such as publication of author’s poems as one’s original work and the Globalization of Iranian poetry, thus, analyzed these items in the framework of the human agency.
